Hawksbill is a two-villa holiday home on Frenchman's Cay, in the British Virgin Islands. Two luxurious homes - en suite 4-bed and 3-bed - with incredible island views and superb moorings too. Complete with water taxi, concierge services and a private pool, this Caribbean paradise is the perfect, luxury island getaway for friends and families.

Hawksbill House has four en suite bedrooms. We have 4 bedrooms with 4 king-size beds. We can take up to 8 guests. Hawksbill Cottage has three en suite bedrooms. We have 3 bedrooms with 3 king-size beds.

We are not able to take deliveries of this kind. Don’t worry, though, Hawksbill House is equipped with a starter pack including coffee, oil, salt, pepper and a selection of spices. We recommend placing an order ready for your arrival

There are daily international flights into the British Virgin Islands. From your arrival, you can either take a taxi or a limo to the house. You can fly domestically from the US to St Thomas, US Virgin Islands. We can organise water taxis that will bring you directly from St. Thomas to Tortola, or you can take the public ferry. Alternatively, if you're sailing your vessel, it’s a breeze.

We have linens, towels, and kitchen utensils all in place and ready for your arrival. The en-suite bathrooms also have shampoo, body lotion, soap, and a mid-factor after-sun, but if there's anything else you’d like us to provide, just let us know.

We use WhatsApp so that we can answer your query as quickly as possible, we can keep in touch with you as you travel. It is also commonly used on the island for booking taxis, etc.
8. Airbnb Policy & Communication

We send our team to prepare the villas before you arrive, taking care of any pre-arranged special requests. Our cancellation policies are in line with all you’d expect from a luxury destination home.
We ask for a 50% deposit to secure Hawksbill House. The final payment is due 45 days before arrival. If you're booking closer to the time, then we may ask for 100% in one payment. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of booking, then we’ll offer a full refund as long as the check-in date is at least 14 days away. If it's less than 14 days away, then we reserve the right to retain some of the fee paid to cover preparation costs. If you cancel at least 28 days before arrival, then we can offer a 50% refund.
We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival.
We strongly recommend vacation insurance for your protection.
